Profile Management
How do I create and publish my listing?
Click here to create a profile and listing. Complete the minimum required fields and submit for approval. Once submitted, you will receive an ‘Awaiting approval’ notice which will appear on your profile, once your listing has been approved to be published online, you will receive a ‘Published’ notice on your profile. Platinum Silk typically approves listings within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email once approved.
Why do I need to upload a verification image?
Platinum Silk requires an image uploaded for verification against your listing photos, this action is to ensure listing accuracy without being intrusive on your privacy by requiring a Driver’s Licence. If there is any doubt regarding the authenticity of the verification image or listing then further proof or identification such as a Driver’s Licence may be requested prior to listing approval.
Managing Tour information listed on your profile
To add or edit touring information, log into your dashboard and select ‘Tours’ to enter the location and dates. Once saved, these tour dates will be displayed on your profile and you will be listed in the tour location on the tour dates.
What is a DUO + Profile?
A DUO + profile allows our advertisers to list a DUO or more profile with other advertisers for an extra spicy encounter.
How do I create a DUO + Profile?
To create a DUO + profile with other advertisers, log into your account dashboard and select ‘DUO +’ tab on the left hand side of your profile listing. Only one DUO + profile can be created by one advertiser at a time by entering Name, Address and Password in the ‘Create New DUO + Listing’ section. You must then invite another advertiser by entering their email address. The invited advertiser will then receive an invite at the top of their DUO + page in ‘DUO + Listing That You Appear In’. Once accepted the DUO + Listing will appear in ‘Manage Your DUO + Listings’ section. The DUO + listing will display a cross section of all participants profiles with the ‘Creator’ as Manager of the listing. A DUO + Listing is only available to Silver, Gold or Platinum subscribers only as per our Pricing.
How do I permanently delete my profile?
To permanently delete your profile, log into your dashboard, select ‘Contact’ and submit an enquiry form requesting your account to be deleted. Once confirmed, all profile and listing information will be deleted from our system and forfeiting any remaining paid advertising subscription.

What are the legal requirements to advertise?
Advertiser listings must adhere to the specific legal guidelines of each state. Always ensure your advertisements comply with local laws.
Technical Support and Additional Features
How do I use the ‘Available Now’ function?
To display your listing as available now, log into your dashboard and go to ‘My Profile’. Toggle ‘Availability’ on or off as you require.
How do I display ‘Online’?
To display your listing online, log into your dashboard and go to ‘My Profile’. Toggle ‘Online’ to display being publicly online.
How do I manage my profile images?
Log into your dashboard and go to ‘My Profile’. To add a profile and listing images, go to ‘Uploads’ and select the image you wish to upload and save. The images will be sent to the Platinum Silk Admin team for approval prior to being published.
How do I manage profile reviews?
If an advertiser receives a review, it will be listed in your profile ‘Reviews’ section, you must confirm the booking and review prior to it being listed on your profile. Advertisers are also able to create a non-verified client review (Used for members of the public who do not wish to join the Platinum Silk platform). Every review good or bad can be searched for by an advertiser in the ‘Verify Your Client’ section by name, phone number or email address. The more client reviews we receive, the bigger our database will grow of good and bad clients which will reduce the risk of our advertisers.
Payments and Subscription Details
What is your pricing and how do I pay?
Platinum Silk offers various monthly subscription levels detailed here. Payment can only be made via debit or credit card using our payment gateway.
Can I change my advertising subscription?
You can change your listing subscription level at any time through your dashboard ‘Subscriptions’ section, billing will be adjusted accordingly.
